Energy & Utility Skills, EngineeringUK, and SSE partnered in an online conversation where they talked about the benefits of signing up to The Code, increasing the diversity and number of young people entering engineering careers.
The conversation also includes a discussion on how SSE used the 4 pledges of the Code as a framework for their engineering outreach activities (including STEM programmes dedicated to inspiring young people into engineering).
